If you arrive early and fancy a drink in our bar or a walk along the banks of the River Thames, you can drop off your luggage at reception and we'll arrange for your luggage to be taken to your room for when you check-in. No kerfuffle!
Late check-out is available from 12:00 at a small fee of £20.00 per room. Please email theswaneastilsley@gmaill.com or call 01635 281 161 to arrange.

Deposits & cancellations
Your credit or debit card information will be collected when you book, but no pre-payment is taken. Payment will be taken on departure.
In order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges, please make any booking changes or cancellations ASAP. If you cancel your stay with less than 48 hours’ notice we will charge the first night's cost to cover your stay. For events, please refer to your individual booking T&Cs.
